Please Join Us for FLEXO's Tech Talk Webinar, Tuesday May 22 @ 11am EDT (Free for All Registrants), where we will be presenting our ideas about Flammability Monitoring and Your Printing Line.

Do you have trouble selecting a flammability analyzer? Have you noticed that the analyzer you used for a previous job isn't always the right choice for another application?

Though the instrument of choice may vary from one application to the next, selecting the right process flammability analyzer will optimize your plant safety and production speed.

Application Spotlight: Coil Coating

Coil Coating is a high-temperature solvent vapor monitoring application in which rolls of aluminum or steel are coated with a color finish, oven cured to desired specs and sold to makers of cans, rain gutters, home appliances, building & automotive products and other fabrications. Coil coating ovens typically operate at high temperatures, with some zones at over 800°F. This temperature range is needed to cure organic polymer coatings to their substrate materials.

This year's event features expert presentations and speakers, valuable training courses, an informative technology forum and exhibition, and a wide range of social networking events.Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from and engage with industry thought leaders and innovators, as well as meet with representatives of process analyzer manufacturers.

Flammable Gas Monitoring in Single Solvent Chemical Applications

When selecting an analyzer, it’s always a good idea to enlist the advice of a specialist in the field. Do not assume that “one size fits all” or that the analyzer which was correct for a previous job will also be the right choice for another application. The specific details of each application need to be examined closely to prevent disaster, especially in the complex chemical environment.
